Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, and our policies.

Weekday meals are available for pickup by 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Shabbat & weekend meals are available by 2:00 PM on Friday.
All meals are placed in the #303 refrigerator inside The Village. Your order will be labeled with your name.
Your access code is provided by The Village management. If you have lost it or never received it, please contact The Village office directly.
Each order is tied to one resident. To order for multiple people, please place a separate order for each resident.
Please list all allergies in the order form and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free kitchen environment. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us directly before ordering: info@thehatchkitchen.com.
Yes. Every meal on this menu is prepared in our OK Kosher certified kitchen at 8947 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035, United States.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to Sunday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming week's meals. After the Sunday cutoff, all orders are final and non-refundable as food preparation begins on Sunday night.

To request a cancellation before the cutoff, email info@thehatchkitchen.com with your order details.
If an item is missing, incorrect, or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup at info@thehatchkitchen.com or call (424) 455-3195. We will make it right.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Hatch Kitchen never stores your card details. Your transaction is encrypted end-to-end via SSL.
