We're the Adivis. This is our neighborhood too.
Hatch Kitchen started with a simple frustration: every busy Pico-Robertson family wants easy, feel-good food — and almost none of the "convenient" options out there were actually good for you, or for the neighborhood. So we built one ourselves.
A decade in kitchens, one rotisserie of his own.
Chef Elan brings over a decade of experience across every corner of the food world — from fine dining to fast casual — to Hatch Kitchen. Here, he's firing up the rotisserie of his dreams: 24-hour brined chicken, sauces built from scratch, and a menu designed to move fast without ever feeling like fast food.
Founded in 2025 and run day-to-day by the Adivi family, Hatch Kitchen exists for one reason — to give Pico-Robertson easy access to feel-good fuel, without the additives and compromises that usually come with convenience.
Good fuel, sourced honestly.
Our cozy eatery is moving the needle on ethical sourcing — high standards for ingredient cleanliness, animal welfare and supply-chain ethics, with organic ingredients wherever we can get them. We're not perfect, and we won't let perfect be the enemy of good, because you deserve to feel good about your fuel.
Organic, as available
From our smoothies to our salads, we reach for organic produce whenever the supply chain allows it.
Animal welfare standards
Ethically sourced chicken and beef from partners we trust, including Sam's Kosher BBQ for our beef bacon and brisket.
Clean ingredient lists
Our chicken nuggets are three ingredients. Our sauces are built in-house. We read labels so you don't have to.
100% compostable packaging
Every cup, box and container we hand you is compostable. Convenience shouldn't cost the planet.
Certified by OK Kosher.
Hatch Kitchen is proudly certified kosher by OK Kosher, covering everything on our menu — the rotisserie, the breakfast line, the smoothie bar and our catering kitchen. If you have a question about our certification or a specific dish, reach out any time at info@thehatchkitchen.com or give us a call.
Come alone. Come with friends. Come hungry.
Grab-and-go for the days that move fast, or grab-and-stay for the ones that don't. Either way, eat well and be kind.
